If this is your first time registering, you must provide your first and last name, preferably a school email address and create a password.
Oconee RESA is one of sixteen Regional Education Service Agencies (RESAs). RESA is an acronym for Regional Education Service Agency. RESAs (formally CESAs) and have been in existence since 1966. There are 16 RESAs serving the 180 school systems across the state.

- Enter your Legal Name, School Email Address and Password
- Complete the form.
- If you are a Certified Educator, enter your Certification Identification Number(CERTID)
a. If you are a Certified Educator and do not know your CERTID, click HERE and log in to MyPSC account to obtain your CERTID.
- Choose District – This is the school district where you work.
- Click Save and Close.
- Congratulations! You have created your profile.
To view and/or update your profile, click log in to access your account. You will enter your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?“ and the password will be sent to your school email address.
If you have changed districts and no longer have access to your email, please let us know, and create a new profile. We can merge your old account with your new one.
