School Improvement

Description:

The Oconee RESA School Improvement Department supports improved school effectiveness and student achievement in schools within the Baldwin, Hancock, Johnson, Putnam, Washington, and Wilkinson County school systems.  School Improvement services include analysis of school effectiveness, data analysis, school improvement planning, and assistance with identified needs in consultation and training.  Our department coordinates RESA services with the Georgia Department of Education in providing information, training, and assistance necessary for compliance with state and federal regulations.

Oconee RESA assists individual schools and school systems in planning for school improvement.  A school improvement consultant can meet on a regular basis with administrators and leadership teams to support and facilitate planning for school improvement.
