Oconee RESA Registration Policy

Please read the following professional learning registration policy before you register.


Registration for courses must be received prior to the registration deadline. Your registration status will remain pending until we have received approval from your system Professional Learning Coordinator/Director.

If you choose Bill Me, you must pay online prior to the first day of class. When you choose Bill Me, you must pay online prior to the first day of class. The registrant will receive an email and it will include a link to pay with a Credit Card.

If you choose Bill My Organization, Oconee RESA will invoice district and fees must be submitted payable to Oconee RESA and mailed to the address provided below.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

If you decide to withdraw from a class, it must be provided to us prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before the registration deadline. Withdrawals/Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be refundable.

Cancellation/Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Oconee RESA observes a NO REFUND policy.  The only exception to this policy is when Oconee RESA must cancel a training. If Oconee RESA must cancel a training session, registrants can request a refund or request their registration and payment moved to another training date.

If a participant must cancel or withdraw from a registered training, they must notify the RESA office by 12:00 p.m. the day before the training.

If a participant does not cancel before the 12:00 p.m. deadline or does not show the day of the training, NO REFUND will be issued, and the fee cannot be transferred to a future training session. The participant must register again and pay the full fee for another training session.
